Agreement

By using The Code Sidekick’s website and services (including enrolling in courses and attending lessons), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

The Code Sidekick provides live coding tutoring and small-group classes. Lesson length, format, and content are as described on the course pages. We reserve the right to change instructors or reschedule when necessary, and will notify you when we do.

Payment and refunds

You pay for the lesson pack you select at the time of enrollment. Payment is processed by Stripe. Refund and cancellation policies will be communicated at enrollment or in follow-up correspondence. Chargebacks and disputed payments may result in suspension of access to lessons.

Your conduct

You agree to participate in lessons in a respectful way and to use the services only for learning. You may not record lessons, share access, or use the content for commercial redistribution without our permission.

Disclaimer

Our services are for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. job placement or exam results). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes where appropriate.
